Meet Anne Geary
Anne Geary founded the Enneagram Approach in 2010 to bring practical, transformational Enneagram work to the Healthcare, Education, Leadership, and Recovery communities. An International Enneagram Association Accredited Professional, Anne is certified with The Enneagram Institute, The Narrative Enneagram, Enneagram in Business, Enneagram Spectrum, and Integrative9. She served on The Narrative Enneagram Board of Directors from 2016–2019.
Anne’s teaching is known for its clarity, warmth, and grounded presence. She creates learning environments where people feel both safe and challenged — encouraged to explore the deeper layers of their patterns while discovering the innate gifts of their type.
She has presented her work at numerous Global Enneagram Conferences, and her research on Emotional Intelligence appears in Cinemeducation: Using Film and Other Visual Media in Graduate and Medical Education.
Before dedicating her life to this work, Anne spent 25 years as the CEO and owner of an architectural design firm in the commercial real estate industry. This blend of business leadership, creative vision, and inner-work depth shapes the practical and soulful approach she brings to every workshop.
